The How To's of Market Day
Many of you reading this note are
familiar with the Market Day program and have taken advantage of
this monthly fundraiser last year. For those new to our community,
Market Day provides restaurant quality foods for your family at a
value while returning a percentage of the purchase price to North
Avondale Montessori. This money is then used to provide the school
with extra funding for a variety of projects, equipment and
programs for North Avondale Montessori.
PAPER ORDER FORM

Use a black ball point pen to
complete the purchaser information on back of the form. Use
CAPITAL letters only. Be sure to include your telephone number.
(A reminder call will be made the night before the pickup day.)

Directly on the order form, using
black ball point pen, indicate on the line to the left of the
item the quantity you wish to purchase

Note: There is a special section
on page 3 of the order form (right hand corner of page) to order
for any items found on the special insert included with the
order form.

Payment will be due on the day of
pick-up. Check, money order or cash accepted on day of pickup
(make check out to Market Day)
