Ropin' Rockets

The Ropin' Rockets are a jump rope team from North Avondale Montessori School. The team consists of students from grades 1-6 and two Jr. High students (former NAMS students) from Shroder Paideia School. The students have performed at many schools in Cincinnati. They are sponsored by the American Heart Association and McDonalds.

The team has performed at

• Xavier University men's and women's basketball
• UC men's and womens' basketball
• Choice Care
• Cincinnati Heart Mini Marathon
• Kids Fest
• The Beach waterpark
• St. Xavier High School

The jumpers do miss school for performances, but in order to go they must be passing all subjects and do their homework. The team has won over twenty medals at competitions state, national and world competitions. Our coach is Mrs. Emerson.
